Sexually suggestive ads and bad ads not only mislead consumers seriously and harm public health, but are socially corrupting1 and morally depraving, and discredit2 the radio and TV industry, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television said.
All stations are prohibited from broadcasting commercials and programs involving drugs, sex-related health supplements, drugs for sexually transmitted diseases, sex toys, as well as vulgar ads featuring sexually suggestive language or behavior for breast enhancement and female underwear. And the programs with names including sex-related drugs, products or medical institutions are also banned.
报道中说,广电总局指出,非法的涉性广告及其他不好的广告对社会风险很大,不只紧急误导买家,损害人民群众的健康,而且污染社会环境,败坏社会风气,还直接影响广播电视的社会公信力。
被禁广告及节目包含:性药品、成人性保健品、有关治疗成人两性疾病的和其他内容低俗、画面不雅的两性用品广告;含有性暗示、性挑逗等不好的语言和画面的女人丰胸、内衣广告;以性药品、成人性保健品、治疗生殖系统疾病的药品和医疗机构作为栏目冠名的等等。
这里,sexually suggestive ads即为涉性广告,或称sexually suggestive commercials。
